New patient appointments are available Mondays and Wednesdays. A valid credit/debit card is required to book a new patient appointment; HSA and FSA cards may also be used. Your card will not be charged until your appointment.

If you are a current patient scheduling a new patient appointment for a family member, please create an account for that person. Do not book the appointment under your name.
